Introduction (Part 1)
In January of 2010, in the year before the violent deposing of Libyan strongman Muammar Gaddafi, fellow leaders of member nations within the African Union gave Gaddafi a foreboding message: They voted not to renew his chairmanship of their continental league of nations, and they also rejected his push to establish a grandiose "United States of Africa."
Gaddafi's comments during the introduction of his successor were not optimistic: "The political elite of our continent lacks political awareness and political determination," he said. "The world is changing into 7 or 10 countries, and we are not even aware of it."
Apparently, it was Gaddafi himself who lacked political awareness. For since his demise, African leaders have shown a renewed interest toward continental integration.
In one sense, however, Muammar Gaddafi was correct in his in his post-election assertion to his African Union comrades. One of the most significant geopolitical events in world history is indeed occurring today. As Gaddafi observed, the African Union is not alone in its pursuit of regional integration. Gaddafi's assessment that 7 to 10 super-nations are now emerging on the world scene is proving to be quite accurate.
Daniel 7:1-7: "In the first year of Belshazzar king of Babylon Daniel had a dream and visions of his head upon his bed: then he wrote the dream, and told the sum of the matters. 2 Daniel spake and said, I saw in my vision by night, and, behold, the four winds of the heaven strove upon THE GREAT SEA. 3 And FOUR GREAT BEASTS CAME UP FROM THE SEA, diverse one from another. 4 THE FIRST WAS LIKE A LION, and had eagle’s wings: I beheld till the wings thereof were plucked, and it was lifted up from the earth, and made stand upon the feet as a man, and a man’s heart was given to it. 5 And behold another beast, A SECOND, LIKE TO A BEAR, and it raised up itself on one side, and it had three ribs in the mouth of it between the teeth of it: and they said thus unto it, Arise, devour much flesh. 6 After this I beheld, and lo ANOTHER, LIKE A LEOPARD, which had upon the back of it four wings of a fowl; the beast had also four heads; and dominion was given to it. 7 After this I saw in the night visions, and behold A FOURTH BEAST, DREADFUL AND TERRIBLE, AND STRONG EXCEEDINGLY; and it had great iron teeth: it devoured and brake in pieces, and stamped the residue with the feet of it: and it was diverse from all the beasts that were before it; and IT HAD TEN HORNS."

The European Union (Part 2)
Today, the European Union remains the extolled prototype and the consensus model by which all the world's other regional blocs are being developed and measured. For the past several years, reports of the EU's demise have been greatly exaggerated -- but there has been a method to the madness. It's called the "Monnet method." Jean Monnet, the so-called "father of the European Union" led the drive for European integration after World War II. The Monnet method took only limited, incremental steps that would not trigger alarm from any member nation. Inherent in this limited scope was a Machiavellian, end-justifies-the-means process of crisis creation.
A prime example of this process is the recent European monetary crisis, which has now resulted in the nations of Europe having to submit their national budgets to the EU for approval before they can be implemented. This has resulted in EU central control that is even more powerful than the federal government of the United States, which has no authority to order the states to submit their budgets for approval. The recent financial "crisis has actually resulted in the deeper integration of the European Union.
Daniel 7:7, 24: "After this I saw in the night visions, and behold A FOURTH BEAST, DREADFUL AND TERRIBLE, AND STRONG EXCEEDINGLY; and it had great iron teeth: it devoured and brake in pieces, and stamped the residue with the feet of it: and it was diverse from all the beasts that were before it; and IT HAD TEN HORNS. ... And the ten horns out of this kingdom are ten kings that shall arise: and another shall rise after them; and he shall be diverse from the first, and he shall subdue three kings."
Revelation 13:1-2: "And I stood upon the sand of the sea, and saw A BEAST RISE UP OUT OF THE SEA, having seven heads and TEN HORNS, and upon his horns ten crowns, and upon his heads the name of blasphemy. And the beast which I saw was like unto A LEOPARD, and his feet were as the feet of A BEAR, and his mouth as the mouth of A LION: and the dragon gave him his power, and his seat, and great authority."
Revelation 17:1, 15: "And there came one of the seven angels which had the seven vials, and talked with me, saying unto me, Come hither; I will shew unto thee the judgment of the great whore that sitteth upon many waters: ... THE WATERS which thou sawest, where the whore sitteth, ARE PEOPLES, AND MULTITUDES, AND NATIONS, AND TONGUES."

The Eurasian Union (Part 3)
Russian President Vladimir Putin has strongly denied allegations that he is attempting to revive a semblance of the old Soviet Union. However, he is using a carrot and stick approach in an attempt to corral all of the former Soviet nations into a Eurasian Union, promising reduced rates to access Russia's vast energy reserves, and other incentives offered only to those nations that join.
However, Georgia, Armenia, Ukraine and Moldova have balked at the plan, and continue to hold talks with the EU on possible membership. These nations seem to be searching for any possible way to escape the reach of the Russian bear, but it seems inevitable that most will not. The urge of East Europeans to avoid another Soviet-style subjugation to Russia is understandable, but they will find no flight to freedom in the new EU.
Ezekiel 38:1-13: "And the word of the LORD came unto me, saying, 2 Son of man, set thy face against Gog, the land of Magog, the chief prince of Meshech and Tubal, and prophesy against him, 3 And say, Thus saith the Lord GOD; Behold, I am against thee, O Gog, the chief prince of Meshech and Tubal: 4 And I will turn thee back, and put hooks into thy jaws, and I will bring thee forth, and all thine army, horses and horsemen, all of them clothed with all sorts of armour, even a great company with bucklers and shields, all of them handling swords: 5 Persia, Ethiopia, and Libya with them; all of them with shield and helmet: 6 Gomer, and all his bands; the house of Togarmah of the north quarters, and all his bands: and many people with thee. 7 Be thou prepared, and prepare for thyself, thou, and all thy company that are assembled unto thee, and be thou a guard unto them. 8 After many days thou shalt be visited: in the latter years thou shalt come into the land that is brought back from the sword, and is gathered out of many people, against the mountains of Israel, which have been always waste: but it is brought forth out of the nations, and they shall dwell safely all of them. 9 Thou shalt ascend and come like a storm, thou shalt be like a cloud to cover the land, thou, and all thy bands, and many people with thee. 10 Thus saith the Lord GOD; It shall also come to pass, that at the same time shall things come into thy mind, and thou shalt think an evil thought: 11 And thou shalt say, I will go up to the land of unwalled villages; I will go to them that are at rest, that dwell safely, all of them dwelling without walls, and having neither bars nor gates, 12 To take a spoil, and to take a prey; to turn thine hand upon the desolate places that are now inhabited, and upon the people that are gathered out of the nations, which have gotten cattle and goods, that dwell in the midst of the land. 13 Sheba, and Dedan, and the merchants of Tarshish, with all the young lions thereof, shall say unto thee, Art thou come to take a spoil? hast thou gathered thy company to take a prey? to carry away silver and gold, to take away cattle and goods, to take a great spoil?"

Asia & Pacific Unions (Part 4)
Obama's Asia Pivot is meant to bring American umbrella security into Southeast Asia as all of the various regional arrangements there are sorted out, just as US umbrella security has remained in Europe throughout the decades of building the European Union.
It is not accurate to say that American military and foreign aid policy since World War II has turned into mere "nation-building." It is more than that. For decades, it has been -- and remains to this day -- "region-building."
Region-building is the ultimate in big-government/big-business central planning, but the benefits being presented for region-building are illusory. Some would argue that it brings "security" among the nations within each of the world's regions, and that less distinct borders bring "efficiency" to multinational business and trade initiatives. However, the efficiency so desired by these big government/big business interests smacks of Mussolini fascism.
Revelation 16:12: "And the sixth angel poured out his vial upon the great river Euphrates; and the water thereof was dried up, that the way of the kings of the east might be prepared."

South Asian Association for Regional Cooperation (Part 5)
There is no greater illustration of US military and foreign-aid "region-building" than the operation over the past decade in Afghanistan, Pakistan and their regional bloc, SAARC, the South Asian Association for Regional Cooperation. As infrastructure in US cities is crumbling, American lives and billions of US dollars are being spent to connect these countries into the infrastructure, commerce and regulatory mind-set of SAARC. The region-building infrastructure objective there is being called "The New Silk Road."
Once Americans discover that region-building is the real objective of US policy in Afghanistan and Central Asia, as well as in Africa and the Middle East, it also becomes apparent that globalism is not the inevitable process that has been portrayed in business and academic circles. Globalism is being forced upon the populations of the world, as it is drains the resources of the United States.
Another prime example of US region-building is with the Arab nations of the Persian Gulf -- or, as those nations like to say, the Arab Gulf region. Their regional bloc is named the Gulf Cooperation Council, and it may well be the bloc furthest along the path to a regional political union, second only to the European Union.
Daniel 2:40-44: "And the fourth kingdom shall be strong as iron: forasmuch as iron breaketh in pieces and subdueth all things: and as iron that breaketh all these, shall it break in pieces and bruise. 41 And whereas thou sawest the feet and toes, part of potters' clay, and part of iron, the kingdom shall be divided; but there shall be in it of the strength of the iron, forasmuch as thou sawest the iron mixed with miry clay. 42 And as the toes of the feet were part of iron, and part of clay, so the kingdom shall be partly strong, and partly broken. 43 And whereas thou sawest iron mixed with miry clay, they shall mingle themselves with the seed of men: but they shall not cleave one to another, even as iron is not mixed with clay. 44 And in the days of these kings shall the God of heaven set up a kingdom, which shall never be destroyed: and the kingdom shall not be left to other people, but it shall break in pieces and consume all these kingdoms, and it shall stand for ever.

Arab League, African Union & Union of South American Nations (Part 6)
Grassroots Islam abhors the notion of compromising into the current globalist system, but does allow for a united Arab region as a means to launch a global Islamic empire. The globalist elite will not consider that scenario, but they will manipulate religious sentiment to strengthen the Arab League under Islamic law.
The globalist objective is to allow a manipulated Arab Spring chaos to run its course to change the political landscape of the Middle East completely. This regime change reflects a systematic policy to allow, in some governments, more Islamic sentiment to unify the region, and in others, to replace leaders who are not "team players" in the new regional structure with more cooperative successors.
In Africa, it is Western colonialism that plays the role of the antagonist that spurs continental union. But the irony is that Western nations and financial institutions, ostensibly in competition with China, are the main organizations providing the resources for African Union integration, under the same globalist loan-shark conditions that were described by Economic Hit Man John Perkins.
Psalms 83:1-8: "Keep not thou silence, O God: hold not thy peace, and be not still, O God. 2 For, lo, thine enemies make a tumult: and they that hate thee have lifted up the head. 3 They have taken crafty counsel against thy people, and consulted against thy hidden ones. 4 They have said, Come, and let us cut them off from being a nation; that the name of Israel may be no more in remembrance. 5 For they have consulted together with one consent: they are confederate against thee: 6 The tabernacles of Edom, and the Ishmaelites; of Moab, and the Hagarenes; 7 Gebal, and Ammon, and Amalek; the Philistines with the inhabitants of Tyre; 8 Assur also is joined with them: they have holpen the children of Lot. Selah.

North America (Part 7)
As corroborating, irrefutable evidence continues to mount documenting region-building efforts throughout the world, it dispels any notion that the accounts of region-building in North America should be dismissed as a "conspiracy theory."
Evidence of the intent to integrate North America is also irrefutable, and is supported by comparing the objectives of North American integration with the objectives found in other regions. This comparison reveals that, at varying stages, all of these geopolitical regions, including North America, are pursuing the same "region-building" objectives, including:
1. "Harmonization" of trade, customs and industry regulations among the nations within each region.
2. Integrated regional infrastructure, including regional power grids, pipelines and highways.
3. Integrated regional courts, tribunals, parliaments and regulatory agencies that supersede national jurisdictions.
4. Integrated military and law enforcement, with intelligence information-sharing, ostensibly to fight terrorism and crime "that transcends national borders."
5. "Outer security perimeters" modeled after the European Union's "Schengen zone," within which there is to be a "free flow of cargo, services and people" among the nations within each regional perimeter.
Economic and monetary integration, up to and including a common currency in each region, in accordance with the Five Stages of Economic Integration.
Revelation 12:1-3, 5-6, 13-14, 17: "And there appeared a great wonder in heaven; A WOMAN CLOTHED WITH THE SUN, AND THE MOON UNDER HER FEET, AND UPON HER HEAD A CROWN OF TWELVE STARS: 2 And she being WITH CHILD cried, travailing in birth, and pained to be delivered. 3 And there appeared another wonder in heaven; and behold A GREAT RED DRAGON, having seven heads and ten horns, and seven crowns upon his heads. ... 5 And SHE BROUGHT FORTH A MAN CHILD, WHO WAS TO RULE ALL NATIONS WITH A ROD OF IRON: and her child was caught up unto God, and to his throne. 6 And the woman fled into the wilderness, where she hath a place prepared of God, that they should feed her there a thousand two hundred and threescore days. ... 13 And when the dragon saw that he was cast unto the earth, he persecuted the woman which brought forth the man child. 14 And to the woman were given TWO WINGS OF A GREAT EAGLE, that she might fly into the wilderness, into her place, where she is nourished for a time, and times, and half a time, from the face of the serpent. ... 17 And the dragon was wroth with the woman, and went to make war with the remnant of her seed, which keep the commandments of God, and have the testimony of Jesus Christ."

Origins of World Government (Part 8)
Although rulers throughout the ages have dreamed of a global empire, the quest for a global federation did not begin in earnest until Victorian Britain's Round Table Groups proposed a Commonwealth of Nations. Today the Commonwealth is known merely as a forum of nations formerly administered by the British Empire, but originally it was meant to be something far greater, as it started the drive toward today's regional framework.
Revelation 11:18: "And the nations were angry, and thy wrath is come, and the time of the dead, that they should be judged, and that thou shouldest give reward unto thy servants the prophets, and to the saints, and them that fear thy name, small and great; and shouldest destroy them which destroy the earth."
2 Thessalonians 2:3-3: "Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day shall not come, except there come a falling away first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition; Who opposeth and exalteth himself above all that is called God, or that is worshipped; so that he as God sitteth in the temple of God, shewing himself that he is God."
Revelation 13:4, 6-8, 11, 14-17: "And they worshipped the dragon which gave power unto the beast: and they worshipped the beast, saying, Who is like unto the beast? who is able to make war with him? ... 6 And he opened his mouth in blasphemy against God, to blaspheme his name, and his tabernacle, and them that dwell in heaven. 7 And it was given unto him to make war with the saints, and to overcome them: and power was given him over all kindreds, and tongues, and nations. 8 And all that dwell upon the earth shall worship him, whose names are not written in the book of life of the Lamb slain from the foundation of the world. ... 11 And I beheld another beast coming up out of the earth; and he had two horns like a lamb, and he spake as a dragon. ... 14 And deceiveth them that dwell on the earth by the means of those miracles which he had power to do in the sight of the beast; saying to them that dwell on the earth, that they should make an image to the beast, which had the wound by a sword, and did live. 15 And he had power to give life unto the image of the beast, that the image of the beast should both speak, and cause that as many as would not worship the image of the beast should be killed. 16 And he causeth all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and bond, to receive a mark in their right hand, or in their foreheads: 17 And that no man might buy or sell, save he that had the mark, or the name of the beast, or the number of his name."

Origins of World Government (Part 9)
In the 1930s, an influential segment of high society in both Britain and America actually admired and supported Hitler's National-Socialist transformation of Germany. Their perception of Hitler before the war paralleled the favor among occultists for the pre-Hitler swastika, as a beneficial symbol for those who would utilize its power.
One of those admirers of Hitler in America was Thomas J. Watson Sr., founder of International Business Machines (IBM). Watson was an advocate of eugenics and population control, not unlike modern "philanthropists" Bill Gates and Warren Buffett, who have supported China's brutal "one child" policy and other population control measures throughout the world.
Whether or not the present regional structure reflects the exact, final alignment for the Bible's "ten kings" does not diminish the reality of what we see developing today. But it does raise an important question: Why ten? Why, after all these centuries since the "ten kings" prophecies were put down in Scripture, would not random chance today allow any other number of major geopolitical regions to span the globe?
More to the point: Despite their open disdain for what they consider the "myths" of the Bible, why is there such a blatant drive by its leaders to associate this movement with the great rebellion against the God of the Bible? Wouldn't normal people go out of their way to distance themselves from anything perceived as so authoritarian and nefarious? The answer is obvious: These are not normal people.
1 John 5:5-6, 12: "Who is he that overcometh the world, but he that believeth that Jesus is the Son of God? This is he that came by water and blood, even Jesus Christ; not by water only, but by water and blood. And it is the Spirit that beareth witness, because the Spirit is truth. ... He that hath the Son hath life; and he that hath not the Son of God hath not life."

John 3:36: "He that believeth on the Son hath everlasting life: and he that believeth not the Son shall not see life; but the wrath of God abideth on him."
