OF ISRAEL'S 1948 RETURN
GOD CALLED CYRUS TO BUILD JERUSALEM & THE TEMPLE:
Isaiah 44:28: "That saith of Cyrus, He is my shepherd, and shall perform all my pleasure: even saying to Jerusalem, Thou shalt be built; and to the temple, Thy foundation shall be laid."
King Cyrus of Persia was named twice by the Prophet Isaiah (44:28, 45:1) 400 years before he was born. Cyrus was the one who would free the Jews from Babylonian captivity to return to Israel. Cyrus freed the Jews exactly 70 years after Nebuchadnezzar took them into Babylonian Captivity as prophesied by the Prophet Jeremiah (25:11-12, 29:10). Nebuchadnezzar took the Jews into captivity in 606 BC and King Cyrus' decree allowing the Jews to return was issued in 536 BC.
WHILE IN THE BABYLONIAN CAPTIVITY THE PROPHET EZEKIEL GAVE THIS STRANGE PROPHECY:
Ezekiel 4:3-8: "Moreover take thou unto thee an iron pan, and set it for a wall of iron between thee and the city: and set thy face against it, and it shall be besieged, and thou shalt lay siege against it. This shall be a sign to the house of Israel. 4 Lie thou also upon thy left side, and lay the iniquity of the house of Israel upon it: according to the number of the days that thou shalt lie upon it thou shalt bear their iniquity. 5 For I HAVE LAID UPON THEE THE YEARS OF THEIR INIQUITY, ACCORDING TO THE NUMBER OF THE DAYS, THREE HUNDRED AND NINETY DAYS: SO SHALT THOU BEAR THE INIQUITY OF THE HOUSE OF ISRAEL. 6 And when thou hast accomplished them, LIE AGAIN ON THY RIGHT SIDE, AND THOU SHALT BEAR THE INIQUITY OF THE HOUSE OF JUDAH FORTY DAYS: I have appointed thee EACH DAY FOR A YEAR. 7 Therefore thou shalt set thy face toward the siege of Jerusalem, and thine arm shall be uncovered, and thou shalt prophesy against it. 8 And, behold, I will lay bands upon thee, and thou shalt not turn thee from one side to another, till thou hast ended the days of thy siege."

THE BABYLONIAN CAPTIVITY WOULD LAST 70 YEARS:
When Daniel received the Prophecy of 70 Weeks (Daniel 9), he had just been praying in repentance and reading Jeremiah below:
Jeremiah 25:11-12: "And this whole land shall be a desolation, and an astonishment; and these nations shall serve the king of Babylon SEVENTY YEARS. And it shall come to pass, when SEVENTY YEARS are accomplished, that I will punish the king of Babylon, and that nation, saith the LORD, for their iniquity, and the land of the Chaldeans, and will make it perpetual desolations."
Jeremiah 29:10: "For thus saith the LORD, That AFTER SEVENTY YEARS be accomplished at Babylon I will visit you, and perform my good word toward you, in causing you to RETURN TO THIS PLACE."

IF LESSONS FOR SINNING ARE NOT LEARNED AFTER THE FIRST LESSON; THEN PUNISHMENT WILL BE MULTIPLIED 7 TIMES:
The vast majority of the Jews were not repentant like Daniel. Ezra and Nehemiah record that only about 42,000 in fact did returned to the land of Israel. Most Jews remained in the Persian Empire, and the ones that did return did not do so in repentance. It was a similar situation again after the days of the Lord Jesus, and in 70 AD, the Romans again killed and disbursed the Jews throughout the nations.
Leviticus 26:18-28: "And if ye will not yet for all this hearken unto me, then I will punish you SEVEN TIMES more FOR YOUR SINS. 19 And I will break the pride of your power; and I will make your heaven as iron, and your earth as brass: 20 And your strength shall be spent in vain: for your land shall not yield her increase, neither shall the trees of the land yield their fruits. 21 And if ye walk contrary unto me, and will not hearken unto me; I will bring SEVEN TIMES more plagues upon you ACCORDING TO YOUR SINS. 22 I will also send wild beasts among you, which shall rob you of your children, and destroy your cattle, and make you few in number; and your high ways shall be desolate. 23 And if ye will not be reformed by me by these things, but will walk contrary unto me; 24 Then will I also walk contrary unto you, and will punish you yet SEVEN TIMES FOR YOUR SINS. 25 And I will bring a sword upon you, that shall avenge the quarrel of my covenant: and when ye are gathered together within your cities, I will send the pestilence among you; and ye shall be delivered into the hand of the enemy. 26 And when I have broken the staff of your bread, ten women shall bake your bread in one oven, and they shall deliver you your bread again by weight: and ye shall eat, and not be satisfied. 27 And if ye will not for all this hearken unto me, but walk contrary unto me; 28 Then I will walk contrary unto you also in fury; and I, even I, will chastise you SEVEN TIMES FOR YOUR SINS."

THE BIBLICAL MONTH IS 30 DAYS SO THE YEAR IS 360 DAYS (12 MONTHS X 30 DAYS = 360 DAYS):
Genesis 7:11, 8:3-4: "In the six hundredth year of Noah’s life, IN THE SECOND MONTH, THE SEVENTEENTH DAY OF THE MONTH, the same day were all the fountains of the great deep broken up, and the windows of heaven were opened. ... And the waters returned from off the earth continually: and AFTER THE END OF THE HUNDRED AND FIFTY DAYS the waters were abated. And the ark rested IN THE SEVENTH MONTH, ON THE SEVENTEENTH DAY OF THE MONTH, upon the mountains of Ararat."
From these verses we see that from the 2nd month to the 7th month is a total of 5 months, and that they totaled 150 days [5 months x 30 days each = 150 days]. Therefore each month consist of 30 days.

AN AMAZING FULFILLMENT OF PROPHECY!!! AND LIKEWISE THE FOLLOWING SIGN!
POINT TO ISRAEL'S 1948 RETURN
TETRADS (4 BLOOD MOONS) FALLING ON THE FIRST & LAST OF THE FEASTS OF THE LORD POINT TO 1948:
SEASONS = SET TIMES:
Genesis 1:14-16: "And God said, Let there be lights in the firmament of the heaven to divide the day from the night; and let them be for SIGNS, and for SEASONS, and for days, and years: And let them be for lights in the firmament of the heaven to give light upon the earth: and it was so. And God made two great lights; the greater light to rule the day, and the lesser light to rule the night: he made the stars also."
Psalms 104:19: "He appointed the moon for SEASONS: the sun knoweth his going down."
Leviticus 23:4: "These are the FEASTS of the LORD, even holy convocations, which ye shall proclaim in their SEASONS."
The words "seasons" and "feasts" above are both translated from the same Hebrew word "moawdaw." It is translated "season" 13 times and "feast" 23 times. It's basic meaning is "set time" or "appointed times" for various things (Genesis 18:14; Exodus 9:5, 23:15; Numbers 9:2, 3, 7, 13; Joshua 8:14; 1 Samuel 13:18, 20:35; 2 Samuel 20:5; Jeremiah 8:7, 46:17; Daniel 8:19, 11:27, 29, 35; Habakkuk 2:3)
God clearly said: "... Let there be lights in the firmament of the heaven ... for SIGNS, and for SEASONS (Genesis 1:14). These are 2 of the purposes of "lights in the firmament of the heaven." The moon without an eclipse is to point out the time fore the set FEASTS. With an eclipse it may signify something special. With 4 total eclipses [blood moons] in a row without partial eclipses in between (tetrads) falling on the feast days, it signifies something very special.
I can confidently say that by looking at the Bible, astronomy, history and math:
1. THE BIBLE: "But thou, O Daniel, shut up the words, and seal the book, even to the time of the end: many shall run to and fro, and KNOWLEDGE SHALL BE INCREASED." Here in "the time of the end" we don't even have to see the eclipses because scientific knowledge has increased so greatly.
2. ASTRONOMY: NASA has calculated all of the eclipses for the past 4,000 years, and listed them on their website. Since the time of Christ there have been 55 tetrads (4 total eclipses in a row without partial eclipses in between them). Of those 55 tetrads to this point only 7 of them have all fallen on the feasts (always on the 1st and 7th feasts, Passover & Tabernacles). An 8th tetrad will begin this year on Passover and end on Tabernacles in 2015. After that there will be no more tetrads on the feast days for 549 years.
3. HISTORY: The very 1st tetrad after Christ's day fell on the feasts in 162-163 AD during the days of the great persecution when Polycarp was martyred (Polycarp was a famous disciple of the Apostle John). Three other early tetrads that fell on the feasts were in 795-796, 842-843 and 860-861 during the Islamic persecutions of Jews and Christian. Then there was one in 1493-1494 when Columbus was on his way to discover a land that would become a place of refuge for the Jews and become the greatest nation the earth has ever seen. But the 2 most significant tetrads have been in recent history, in our day. On Passover, April 13, 1949, a tetrad began. It was 35 days after Israel won her War of Independence and became a full fledged nation after having declared independence on May 14, 1948. The last tetrad to date began in 1967 just 45 days before Israel regained her capital, Jerusalem, on June 7, 1967 during the Six Day War. These last 2 tetrads were clearly of prophetic significance!
In addition to the tetrad that began in 1949 there were 2 additional partial lunar eclipses that fell on Passover and Tabernacles in 1948. The 1st one was on 23 April, 21 days (7 + 7 + 7 = 21) before Israel declared independence.
4. MATH: Note the interesting patterns in the dates of the last 3 tetrads of the 2 sets of 4 tetrads each:
First 4 tetrads : 1) 162 / 163 AD,
2) 795 / 796 AD, 3) 842 / 843 AD, 4) 860 / 861 AD.
843 - 795 = 48
861 - 842 = 19
Last 4 tetrads : 1) 1493 / 1494,
2) 1949 / 1950, 3) 1967 / 1968, 4) 2014 / 2015.
1968 - 1949 = 19
2015 - 1967 = 48
The last 3 tetrads of the 1st set : 48 & 19
The last 3 tetrads of the 2nd set : 19 & 48

The 1st set looks forward to 1948 and the 2nd set looks back to it. Of course 1948 is the year Israel was reborn.
Also, there were 632 years between the last year of the 1st tetrad after Christ and the first year of the 2nd tetrad (163 AD to 795 AD). The year of the death of the founder of Islam, Israel's mortal enemy, the false prophet Muḥammad died on June 8, 632 AD. The same number, 632, also occurs between the last year of the 4th tetrad and the first year of the 5th tetrad (861 AD to 1493).

Psalm 83:1-8: "Keep not thou silence, O God: hold not thy peace, and be not still, O God. 2 For, lo, thine enemies make a tumult: and they that hate thee have lifted up the head. 3 They have taken crafty counsel against thy people, and consulted against thy hidden ones. 4 They have said, Come, and let us cut them off from being a nation; that the name of Israel may be no more in remembrance. 5 For they have consulted together with one consent: they are confederate against thee: 6 The tabernacles of Edom, and the Ishmaelites; of Moab, and the Hagarenes; 7 Gebal, and Ammon, and Amalek; the Philistines with the inhabitants of Tyre; 8 Assur also is joined with them: they have holpen the children of Lot. Selah."
Finally, note the 1st year of the 2nd tetrad and the last year of the 4th tetrad in both sets (795 & 861 and 1949 & 2015) of the 2nd and 4th tetrads that point to 1948:

This year (2014), the start year of the 8th tetrad, is Israel's 66 year since reestablishment, and next year (2015) is the 66 year since the 1949 tetrad. There are also 66 books in the Bible.
