AS OF A LAMB WITHOUT BLEMISH
Compiled by John Henry
"... John seeth Jesus coming unto him, and saith, BEHOLD THE LAMB OF GOD, WHICH TAKETH AWAY THE SIN OF THE WORLD. 30 This is he of whom I said, After me cometh a man which is preferred before me: for he was before me. 31 And I knew him not: but that he should be made manifest to Israel, therefore am I come baptizing with water. 32 And John bare record, saying, I saw the Spirit descending from heaven like a dove, and it abode upon him. 33 And I knew him not: but he that sent me to baptize with water, the same said unto me, Upon whom thou shalt see the Spirit descending, and remaining on him, the same is he which baptizeth with the Holy Ghost. 34 And I saw, and bare record that this is the Son of God." (John 1:29-34; NOTE: According to the flesh John the Baptist was 6 months older than the Lord Jesus Christ. However, Jesus existed as God from eternity before taking upon Himself human flesh. The Lord is God without beginning or end {John 1:1-3; 1 John 5:7; Rev. 1:8}. He is called "the Word" and "the Almighty.")
"In whom WE HAVE REDEMPTION THROUGH HIS BLOOD, even the forgiveness of sins: 15 Who is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn of every creature: 16 For by him were all things created, that are in heaven, and that are in earth, visible and invisible, whether they be thrones, or dominions, or principalities, or powers: all things were created by him, and for him: 17 And he is before all things, and by him all things consist." (Colossians 1:14-17)
"For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God; 24 Being justified freely by his grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus: 25 Whom God hath SET FORTH TO BE A PROPITIATION THROUGH FAITH IN HIS BLOOD, to declare his righteousness for the remission of sins that are past, through the forbearance of God; 26 To declare, I say, at this time his righteousness: that he might be just, and the justifier of him which believeth in Jesus." (Romans 3:23-26)
"Wherefore remember, that ye being in time past Gentiles in the flesh, who are called Uncircumcision by that which is called the Circumcision in the flesh made by hands; 12 That at that time ye were without Christ, being aliens from the commonwealth of Israel, and strangers from the covenants of promise, having no hope, and without God in the world: 13 But now in Christ Jesus ye who sometimes were far off are MADE NIGH BY THE BLOOD OF CHRIST." (Ephesians 2:11-13)
"If we say that we have fellowship with him, and walk in darkness, we lie, and do not the truth: 7 But if we walk in the light, as he is in the light, we have fellowship one with another, and THE BLOOD OF JESUS CHRIST HIS SON CLEANSETH US FROM ALL SIN. ... 2 And he is the propitiation for our sins: and not for ours only, but also for the sins of the whole world." (1 John 1:6-7, 2:2)
"Forasmuch as ye know that ye were not redeemed with corruptible things, as silver and gold, from your vain conversation received by tradition from your fathers; 19 But with THE PRECIOUS BLOOD OF CHRIST, as of a lamb without blemish and without spot: 20 Who verily was foreordained before the foundation of the world, but was manifest in these last times for you, 21 Who by him do believe in God, that raised him up from the dead, and gave him glory; that your faith and hope might be in God." (1 Peter 1:18-21)
"Much more then, being now JUSTIFIED BY HIS BLOOD, we shall be saved from wrath through him. 10 For if, when we were enemies, we were reconciled to God by the death of his Son, much more, being reconciled, we shall be saved by his life." (Romans 5:9-10)
"Wherefore he is able also to save them to the uttermost that come unto God by him, seeing HE EVER LIVETH to make intercession for them." (Hebrews 7:25)
"Let this mind be in you, which was also in CHRIST JESUS: 6 WHO, BEING IN THE FORM OF GOD, THOUGHT IT NOT ROBBERY TO BE EQUAL WITH GOD: 7 BUT MADE HIMSELF OF NO REPUTATION, AND TOOK UPON HIM THE FORM OF A SERVANT, AND WAS MADE IN THE LIKENESS OF MEN: 8 And being found in fashion as a man, he humbled himself, and became OBEDIENT UNTO DEATH, EVEN THE DEATH OF THE CROSS. 9 Wherefore God also hath highly exalted him, and given him a name which is above every name: 10 That at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of things in heaven, and things in earth, and things under the earth; 11 And that EVERY TONGUE SHOULD CONFESS THAT JESUS CHRIST IS LORD, TO THE GLORY OF GOD THE FATHER." (Philippians 2:5-11)
"... Jesus Christ, who is the faithful witness, and the first begotten of the dead, and the prince of the kings of the earth. Unto him that loved us, and WASHED US FROM OUR SINS IN HIS OWN BLOOD, 6 And hath made us kings and priests unto God and his Father; to him be glory and dominion for ever and ever. Amen." (Revelation 1:5-6)

The blood of Jesus - the first thing I learned decades ago was the difference between true faith and all religion on earth.
I "love" John Baptist Henry, (although I think he may have gone to sleep), and the information I found no where else before reading his blog(s). The origin of the Bible canon being in the very first century , I knew, but did not know the details at all until read in one of his web pages.
Is anyone else here ? I can't tell if there are still maintainers of this site, or visitors even.
To all who Love (Obey) the Creator, and are called according to His Purpose, Jesus' Shalom to you and your households today. (peace, joy, righteousness, health, wholeness from the inside out, union with the Son and with the Father, all as written in Bible.
